Everton reportedly have everything in place to sign Lille defender Gabriel Magalhaes.

Everton have everything in place to complete the signing of Lille defender Gabriel Magalhaes, according to a report.

The Brazilian has been strongly linked with a move to Carlo Ancelotti's side in recent weeks, having impressed in France's top flight this season.

According to Le 10 Sport, an agreement over Gabriel's transfer has already been reached between Everton and Lille, although the coronavirus pandemic could hinder the player signing his contract.

The report also claims that French champions Paris Saint-Germain have cooled their interest in the centre-back due to concerns over potential financial fair play implications.

Gabriel, who has chalked up three appearances for the Brazil Under-20 side, will see his current deal with Lille expire in 2023.
