A mainly dry and sunny day is expected in the capital city ahead of an action-packed 11th day of the Olympic Games.

There should be a dry, sunny start to day 11 of the Olympic Games.

A mild, cloudy outlook is expected for the men's triathlon in Hyde Park in Central London, with temperatures of around 16 degrees.

Similar conditions are expected at the Olympic Stadium for the morning session of athletics.

Showers are forecast in Weymouth for the men's sailing RS:X competition, where rain could turn heavy into the afternoon, with all-important wind speeds of around 11mph.
