Former health secretary Matt Hancock's book about the coronavirus pandemic drops out of the Top 1000 chart.

Matt Hancock's "tell-all" book about the coronavirus pandemic has dropped out of the Top 1000 book chart less than three weeks after release.

The former health secretary released Matt Hancock's Pandemic Diaries: The Inside Story of Britain's Battle Against Covid on December 6, just days after finishing his controversial stint on ITV's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

According to official sales figures, the book shifted 3,304 copies in the first week of release, placing it at number 191 on the chart.

In week two sales were just 600, placing it outside of the Top 1000 heading in to Christmas.

Hancock will next be seen on the new series of Channel 4's Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, which was filmed in Vietnam earlier this year.
