How did you fare on the show last time?: "I first appeared on MasterChef Series 16 in 2020 during the first lockdown. I managed to get through to the Semi Finals."
Cooking Style: "My style of cooking is a mix different cultures and flavours to make something, not necessarily new, but enhanced and create different dishes that people might not have thought to try. I love creating menus and feeding people one-of-a-kind dishes. My inspiration comes from a combination of reading different cookbooks and recipes, going out to eat in new places locally or when travelling. I always find inspiration – whether it's the plating, ingredients or flavour combinations. I then have a think about what I would do or could do instead and get in the kitchen to experiment!."
Ambition: "I just love cooking for people, be it an intimate dinner, catering a party a wedding - I just need to serve food! I still want to pursue my own little food venture, maybe a food truck for the versatility but if I were to get my own place that would be amazing. I'd also love to write a beautiful cookbook to showcase some of my most treasured memories and share my knowledge."
