The Masked Singer: Who is Sausage? All the clues so far!

Recap everything we know so far about Sausage on The Masked Singer - who's that behind the mask?

TV's most ridiculous guessing game, The Masked Singer, is back for series two!

Twelve more mystery celebrities are donning elaborate costumes and taking to the stage to perform, all the while doing their best to keep their identities concealed.

As we try to figure out who's behind the masks, here are all the clues we've gathered about Sausage so far.

Sausage: Week One

Sausage entered the studio to 'Bang Bang' by Jessie J, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj, while in her VT, she was cavorting on a beach.

Sausage was seen standing on a board adorned with phrases such as "Look at the size of that sausage". "I'll have to ask me dad", "There's no answer to that!", "Language, Timothy!", "That's your actual French!", "After you Claude, No, After You Cecile" - all classic catchphrases from camp comedy TV and radio shows.

"Hello, it's me, Sausage," she said. "The thing about sausages is they're a combination of a little bit of everything and I guess you could say the same about me."

Sausage then visited "Billie's Burger Bar" with a menu including fish & chips, Alaskan salmon, smoked haddock, Pacific cod, Dover sole, 'All about that Plaice', red herring and rainbow trout and the message 'Making the best burgers because we want to'. Another sign said 'Meat free zone'.

"With my chips and my newspaper wrapping, I might look a bit of a tomboy but I really am a girly girl," she continued. I love a bit of glam, but that doesn't mean I can't have fun. But to be honest, I'm a bit of a silly sausage and I just want to have a laugh. And tonight, I'm singing a real banger."

On stage, Sausage then gave an impressive performance of Rag'n'Bone Man's 'Skin', with the panel going on to guess the likes of Maya Jama, Billie Piper, Ella Henderson, Meghan Trainor, Stacey Solomon and Edwina Currie.

Sausage then gave her clue for the judges: "My performances are something of a balancing act."

"Oh my god it was totally amazing, I loved it so much," Sausage gushed afterwards, seemingly in an Essex accent. "Their guesses were way off the mark. Or maybe... I'm telling porkies."

Sausage then won the studio vote against Badger and was put straight through to the next round.

Our guess: The collective wisdom of Twitter points to Stacey Solomon, but vocally Sausage does seem to better fit the profile of an Ella Henderson or even Ella Eyre. The comedy catchphrases, the Billie Piper link and the tomboy reference makes us think of Catherine Tate as a wildcard choice, but if we had to call it now we'd go for Ella Henderson.

The Masked Singer continues Saturday at 7pm on ITV.
