Celeste heading for number one with debut album

Celeste looks set to go straight in at number one with her debut album Not Your Muse, according to midweek chart data.

Celeste is on course for the top spot with her debut album Not Your Muse, according to midweek data from the Official Charts Company.

The Brits Rising Star winner has an impressive lead of 8,000 chart sales after the first 72 hours of the window following a weekend in which she notched up the most physical and digital sales.

In a midweek Top 10 littered with new entries, art-rock musician Steven Wilson is currently in the number two spot with sixth studio album The Future Bites, while the acclaimed Arlo Parks is at three with debut Collapsed in Sunbeams.

London-based rapper Fredo is tracking at four with Money Can't Buy Happiness, which has also sent three tracks into the midweek singles Top 20.

Elsewhere, Harry Styles is up to five in the midweek chart with Fine Line - almost 14 months after it was first released.
