Kanye West earns his third UK number one album as Donda enters the chart at the top spot.

Kanye West has gone straight to the top of the UK albums chart with new studio album Donda.

The 27-track record - named after his late mother - racked up 20,000 chart sales since its release on Sunday, according to figures from The Official Charts Company.

The rapper's third UK number one had 33.4 million streams across its tracklisting, with three of the songs making it into the Top 20 on the singles chart.

'Hurricane' fared the best, charting at seven, while 'Jail' landed at 11 and 'Off The Grid' charted at 15.

Elsewhere, Ed Sheeran made it an impressive 10 weeks at number one on the singles chart with 'Bad Habits', which notched up another 8.8 million streams over the last week.

Lil Nas X and Jack Harlow's 'Industry Baby' is up two to a new peak of five, a place ahead of Joel Corry and Jax Jones's 'Out Out' featuring Charli XCX and Saweetie.
