Two teams in dire need of a pick-me-up square up to the challenge of each other on Saturday when Willem II welcome Heerenveen to the Konig Willem II Stadion.

The home side have lost 14 of their last 15 matches across all competitions heading into this weekend's clash against the visitors, who are seeking to avoid a ninth consecutive loss.

With both teams looking to record consecutive Eredivisie victories, Go Ahead Eagles play host to FC Utrecht at De Adelaarshorst in round 25 of the 2021-22 season on Saturday.

Utrecht saw off the threat of Heerenveen last time out, while Go Ahead Eagles produced what is arguably the biggest upset of the season by defeating Ajax in their last league outing.

Buoyed by their huge victory over Ajax last time out, Go Ahead Eagles will approach Saturday's game with the wind in their sails and rightly so. That said, Utrecht still boast the more well-rounded squad, and we are tipping them to claim all three points.

Feyenoord vs. Groningen (Saturday, 8.00pm)

Having seen their four-game winning streak come to an end last time out, Feyenoord welcome Groningen to De Kuip on Saturday in search of an immediate response.

This weekend's meeting in Rotterdam is the second between the sides this season off the back of a 1-1 stalemate in December's reverse fixture.

We say: Feyenoord 3-0 Groningen

The onus is more on Feyenoord to put last weekend's defeat behind them ahead of what is a very crucial period. We fancy them to run out comfortable winners in this one, scoring plenty of goals en route.
