Jose Mourinho: 'Alexis Sanchez completes Manchester United's attack'

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho suggests that his side's attack is now 'complete' after signing Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal.

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has praised the talent and character of Alexis Sanchez after the Chilean international completed a transfer from Arsenal.

On Monday evening, United announced that they had finalised a swap deal which sees Henrikh Mkhitaryan move in the opposition direction to the Emirates Stadium.

Sanchez is reported to have penned a four-year deal at Old Trafford, and Mourinho has indicated that the forward has 'completed' his attack at the North-West outfit.

The 54-year-old told the club's official website: "Alexis is one of the best attacking players in the world and he will complete our very young and talented group of attacking players.

"He will bring his ambition, drive and personality, qualities that make a Manchester United player and a player that makes the team stronger and the supporters proud of their club dimension and prestige."

Sanchez could make his United debut when the Premier League side face Yeovil Town in the FA Cup fourth round on Friday night.
