Paulo Dybala performs Manchester United U-turn?

Paulo Dybala is reportedly open to lowering his wage demands in order force through a move to Manchester United before Thursday's transfer deadline.

Paulo Dybala has reportedly decided to lower his wage demands in order to push through a move to Manchester United before Thursday's transfer deadline.

The Argentine looked set to complete a move to Old Trafford after United and Juventus struck an agreement in principle for a swap deal involving Romelu Lukaku.

However, it was confirmed on Sunday evening that United had ended talks with the Old Lady due to Dybala's wage demands of £350,000 a week and complications over image rights.

According to The Mirror, the forward remains keen on a transfer to United and wants to reestablish talks ahead of Thursday's transfer deadline for English clubs.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is uninterested in the deal due to his commitment to only signing players who are fully on board with the Norwegian's project at the Theatre of Dreams.

Meanwhile, Lukaku's future continues to hang in the balance, with the Belgian currently training with Anderlecht's youngsters as he waits to complete a move elsewhere.
