Real Madrid planning Erling Braut Haaland deal for 2022?

Real Madrid are reportedly happy to wait until 2022 before signing Borussia Dortmund forward Erling Braut Haaland.

The 20-year-old has scored 39 goals in all competitions this season, only increasing the chances of bids being received during the next transfer window.

Despite the threat of missing out on Champions League football, Dortmund have already insisted that the Norway international will remain at the Westfalenstadion for at least another season.

According to AS, Real are prepared to go along with Dortmund's stance if it helps them secure Haaland's signature ahead of the 2022-23 campaign.

The report claims that Haaland's preference is to eventually make the switch to the Bernabeu, tempting him into accepting another year in Germany.

Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea are among the Premier League clubs who are said to be monitoring the situation.
