How Tottenham Hotspur could line up against Leicester City

Ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash between Leicester City and Spurs, Sports Mole looks at how Mauricio Pochettino's side could line up in the East Midlands.

Tottenham Hotspur head into their Premier League fixture against Leicester City on the back of a 3-1 success over Southampton.

Mauricio Pochettino's team selection for the North London derby was criticised over the weekend, but Spurs impressed at Wembley Stadium on Wednesday night.

Spurs head into the weekend sitting in third position in the top-flight standings, although just a point separates the club from fifth-placed Arsenal.

Pochettino is likely to rotate his squad this weekend due to the Champions League fixture with Barcelona, and here Sports Mole looks at how his team could line up against the Foxes.

Doubtful: Erik Lamela (thigh), Kieran Trippier (groin)

Dele Alli is likely to be handed a recall by Pochettino, who may decide to use the England international as a replacement for Christian Eriksen.

Moussa Sissoko is also expected to come back into the team as a replacement for either Eric Dier or Harry Winks, but Pochettino's main focus will be on his defence.

Kieran Trippier is struggling with injury and Ben Davies is a likely starter at Camp Nou, and that could mean that Serge Aurier and Danny Rose will start at the King Power Stadium.

Juan Foyth is unavailable for the Champions League encounter in Spain, so Jan Vertonghen should return in place of Toby Alderweireld.
