Sitiveni Sivivatu will be out of New Zealand's next Tri-Nations encounter after fracturing an eye socket.

All Blacks winger Sitiveni Sivivatu will miss the team’s next Tri-Nations encounter with South Africa with a fractured eye socket.

The Chiefs back, 29, will be sidelined for up to two weeks after sustaining the injury four minutes after scoring a try during New Zealand’s 30-14 victory over Australia on Saturday.

The All Blacks face the Boks in Port Elizabeth in two weeks time and take on Australia in a return match a week later.

“He's got a fractured eye socket which is not good," New Zealand coach Graham Henry said.

“He probably will miss South Africa but probably will be right for Brisbane.”

The team will be bolstered by the returns of prop Tony Woodcock, winger Israel Dagg, centre Richard Kahui and utility back Isaia Toeava from injury.
